This Appeal is preferred by the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation Ltd. against the judgment and award dated 22nd April, 2016 passed by the Additional Member, Motor Accidents Claim
2/4 Tribunal, Satara in M.A.C.P. No. 179 of 2012. 2.
The claim is settled between the parties and they have arrived at consent terms dated 8th December, 2018. The consent terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

The parties are present before the Court. The terms of the consent terms are explained to them. They admit the same. They are identified by their Advocates as well as by their identity proof i.e. Aadhar Card. Copies of the same are taken on record. Respondents no.1, 2, 3, 5 and 6 admit the contents of the consent terms. Respondent no.4 being a minor, she is represented by respondent no.1 her mother. 3.
The appeal is disposed of in terms of the consent terms.

In view of disposal of the First Appeal, Civil Application No. 2581 of 2016 does not survive. The same is disposed of as having become infructuous.

Office is directed to refund the amount of Rs.25,000/- to the appellant-Corporation. Refund of court-fees as per Rules.
