Time is sought on behalf of respondent to file a reply. The office noting of 2nd June, 2015 records that notice of this Application has been served on the Respondent.

On 14th March, 2016 time of three weeks was granted to file a reply. However, even today reply is not filed.

The averments made in the application for condonation of delay have not been controverted though sufficient opportunity was made available to the respondent.

Hence a case is made out for condonation of delay. Sufficient cause is made out. Rule is made absolute in terms of prayer (b). The matter shall be listed as per CMIS date.
