As an interim measure, we direct that direction nos. 4 and 5 in the impugned decree pertaining to return of gold and silver ornaments shall remain in abeyance till the disposal of the Appeal but the direction regarding payment of maintenance is not stayed and the Appellant shall continue paying maintenance to the Respondent. 4.
