At the outset the learned counsel appearing for Respondent No. 2 has placed on record a letter dated 2nd July, 2016 issued by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Thane as also letter dated 8th September, 2016 issued by Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Usmanabad. On going through the letter dated 8th September, 2016 it is revealed that the Petitioner as well as one Ram P. Wadikar has been transferred on mutual basis from Usmanabad to Thane and from Tal. Murbad, Dist. Thane to Tal. Umarga, Dist. Usmanabad respectively.

In the circumstances, it is clear that the grievance of the Petitioner has been redressed. As a result, we dispose of this Petition as having been rendered infructuous.

Let the order dated 8th September, 2016 be complied with by all the concerned parties as expeditiously as possible. 5.

The Petition stands disposed of as such.
