This is an application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. The applicant herein is apprehending his arrest in Crime No. 165 of 2016 registered at Karmala Police Station, district Solapur for offence punishable under Section 307, 504, 143, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code.

907.aba1596.16.sxw After arguing for some time, the learned Counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the application. Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice with liberty to appear before the appropriate court and file an application under section 437/439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and seek regular bail. In these circumstances, the applicant is protected till 5 p.m. of 23/9/2016.
