Prayer is to quash and set aside Miscellaneous Application No. 5/2018 on the file of Co-operative Court, Thane. Respondent No.1 in present petition has moved that application under section 195 and section 340 of Cr.P.C. alleging offences under sections 193, 196, 199, 200, 205, 209, 211, 228, 443, 445, 454 read with 34 and section 201 of IPC. His contention appears to be in relation to document which he claims to be not proper.

Petitioner has filed reply to this application and pointed out that ingredients of either section 195 or section 340 are not satisfied. 3.

Effort before this Court is to show that there is no reason to invoke section 195 or then other sections of IPC and no case is made out. 4.

As reply is filed and Co-operative Court can consider all these
