When this Petition was called out for final hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners tenders across the bar office copies of the letters dated 8th February 2017 addressed by him to the Petitioners by registered post acknowledgement and postal acknowledgements thereof. The same are taken on record and marked "X1 Collectively" and "X2 Collectively". He states that though the Petitioners have received the said letters on 9th

sng wp-2442.06 February 2017, they have not given any instructions to him. He, therefore, seeks discharge.

In view of the contents of the letters dated 8th February 2017 and the postal acknowledgement produced by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners, he is granted discharge.

It seems that the Petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the Petition. Accordingly, we dismiss the Petition. The Rule is discharged.
