This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing an application seeking leave to appeal challenging the judgment and order dated 9.5.2014 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Court No.6, Nashik, wherein the respondent No.1 is acquitted of the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. The delay is of 60 days.

For the reasons assigned in paragraph Nos. 3, 4 and 5 of the application, prayer clause (a) deserves to be allowed. Hence, the delay of
