The prayer for release on pre-arrest bail moved by Rakesh Shiva Shetty is not pressed, as such dismissed. So far as applicant No.2 Tamseen Farooq Shaikh @ Anchal Rakesh Shetty is concerned, the applicant has straightway approached this Court.

The learned counsel for the applicants in view of above, submit that applicant No.2 Tamseen Farooq Shaikh will take a chance before the Sessions Judge and liberty be granted to that effect.
