This is an application for modification of order dated 19th October, 2016. The modification is sought at the instance of applicant No.1 and 2. Vide order dated 19th October, 2016. The applicants were directed to be released on bail in CR No. I-187 of 2016 registered with Kasarvadavali Police Station on furnishing P.R Bond of Rs.50,000/- each with one or two separate local sureties in the like amount. It is submitted that applicant No. 1 is 70 years old person and applicant No.2 is the wife of applicant No.1 is aged about 63 years. They would not be in a position to

Sknair 925-appp-815-17.odt execute PR Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/-. Hence, it is prayed that PR Bond amount be reduced to 15,000/- each. 2.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, the interim order dated 19th October, 2016 which was confirmed by order dated 27th April, 2017 is modified. Applicant No.1 and 2 shall furnish PR Bond of Rs.15,000/- each with one or two separate local sureties in the like amount instead of PR Bond of Rs.50,000/-. 3.

Criminal Application stands disposed off.
