Heard . The petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent no.1 to add names of the Committee members of the respondent no.2 society as accused in C.R.No.232 of 2013 registered with RCF Police Station, Mumbai 2.

The respondent nos.4 to 13, the Committee members cannot be arrayed as accused only because they are the committee members of the said society.

Be that as it may, in the event the Investigating Officer is pps

5 wp 3757-14.doc satisfied that there is material against any of the member of the society, he is always at liberty to take appropriate decision. 4.

By way of interim relief petitioner has claimed compensation to the victims. Such interim relief cannot be granted. The petitioner is otherwise also at liberty to take out such proceeding before the appropriate court in this regard.

Subject to the above, we find no substance in the matter and the same is accordingly dismissed.
