Heard learned Counsel for the applicant.

By this application, the applicant seeks his release on provisional cash bail. Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was enlarged on bail in connection with C.R. No. 79 of 2017 registered with the Azad Maidan Police Station, Mumbai, vide order dated 10th August, 2017 passed by this Court (Coram : Revati Mohite Dere, J.) in Criminal Bail Application No. 1767 of 2017. appp.816.17.29.doc order dated 10th August, 2017, the applicant has not been able to get local solvent sureties for the amount of Rs. 50,000/- and as such, seeks provisional cash bail of Rs. 50,000/- for a period of six weeks. 3.

Learned A.P.P opposed the request.

Perused the papers. Vide order dated 10th August, 2017, the applicant was enlarged on bail, on executing PR bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with one or more local solvent sureties in the like amount. It appears that the verification of the sureties will take some time and hence, the application is allowed and the applicant is granted provisional cash bail of Rs. 50,000/- for a period of 6 weeks. The applicant shall, thereafter, comply with the order dated 10th August, 2017, in particular, para 4 clause (i) during the said period.

Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 6.
