After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the revision application and submits that one year's time may be granted for evicting the premises. The learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 to 6, on instructions, states that the respondent is agreeable for six months' time. Even otherwise the request of the applicant for grant of time of one year, in case of concurrent finding of bonafide requirement of respondent landlord, cannot be accepted and the stand taken by the respondent is reasonable. 2.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of as withdrawn. 3.

It is directed that the possession of the applicant be protected

bsb 2 CRA950.14.doc for a period of six months from today, on the condition that the applicant and all the adult family members residing with him hand over peaceful and vacant possession of the suit premises to the respondent on 21 September 2015. This indulgence is granted on the condition that the applicant and all adult members in the family will file usual undertakings that they will vacate the premises as above and will not create any third party rights or part with possession and will not alter and keep the premises in good condition. The undertakings to be filed within three weeks from today, failing which the impugned decree shall stand executable forthwith. It is also directed that the applicant will clear the arrears of rent as on date and keep paying the compensation/rent till the possession is handed over on the above mentioned date. ( NITIN M.
