By this civil application, applicant/original claimant is seeking early hearing of first Appeal no.2284/2007 which is pending for hearing and final disposal on its own merits. 3.

Learned counsel for applicant submits that the applicant is ready and willing to file private paper book within 8 weeks from today.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for applicant and as applicant is ready to file private paper book within 8 weeks, following order is passed.

a) Hearing of First Appeal no.2284/2007 is expedited.

b) Applicant to file private paper book within 8 weeks from today with copy to other side.

c) If private paper book is filed within stipulated time, Registry is directed to place the First Appeal no.2284/2007 for final hearing and disposal as per its turn in the list of senior citizen.
