Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

These two applications are preferred by third party for joining them as party respondent in the present Writ Petitions.

At the time of hearing, the learned counsel 1/3

for the petitioner raised preliminary objection about maintainability of Civil Applications on the ground that the Apex Court by order dated 11.12.2012 directed applicant to pay cost of Rs.15,000/- to the Charity Commissioner within six weeks.

The learned counsel for the applicant after taking instructions from his client makes a statement that they complied the order passed by Apex Court dated 11.12.2012 within time. That is, they paid cost of Rs.15,000/- to the Charity Commissioner within six weeks from the date of order.

Statement is accepted.

The learned counsel for the petitioner in Writ Petition No.7683 of 2014 and for petitioner in Writ Petition No.7881 of 2014 submit that they have no objection to join the applicant in Writ Petition as party respondent. They submit that will carry out amendment during the course of the day.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the no objection given by both the counsel for the petitioner in both the matters, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for following order:

a) Petitioners in both the petitions are directed to join the applicant as respondent in their Writ Petitions.

b) Amendment be carried out during the course of the day.

c) Amended copy of Writ Petition be served on the other side.

d) Both the Civil applications stand disposed off accordingly.
