The applicant and respondent Nos.2 to 6 have tendered in this Court the Consent Terms dated 02.05.2017 duly signed by the respective parties and identified by their respective Advocates. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The undertakings in the said Consent Terms are accepted as undertakings given to this Court. It is stated in the Consent Terms that the first installment which is due and payable to the respondents will be paid on or before 05.06.2017 and the last installment will be paid on or before 05.11.2019. It is made clear that if the applicant commits breach in payment of any of the installments, the earlier amount paid by him shall stand forfeited in favour of respondent Nos.2 to 6 and the Consent Terms will have the effect of nullity.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that unless and until all the terms mentioned in the Consent Terms got fulfilled by the applicant, the applicant will not prefer any proceedings for quashing of the First Information Report or Charge-sheet. The said statement is accepted. 3.
In view of the Consent Terms filed by the parties herein, the interim relief granted on 20.03.2017 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to report the concerned police station is waived. 4.
