Mr. Kahodia, the learned Counsel for the petitioners states that an application seeking regularization of the construction of building on plot bearing S.No.28/6, 32/5B & 33/3 at village Adivali Dhokali, Taluka - Kalyan, District - Thane, has been fled. However, the Corporation has till date not decided the same.

In view thereof, if the Corporation/respondent nos.2 and 3 have not decided the said application dated 18th December, 2018 fled by the petitioner, till date, they shall do so within four weeks from today and forward the order to the petitioner. If the application is already disposed of, copy of the order passed by the Corporation shall be forthwith forwarded to the petitioner.
