Mr. Samlewale, learned counsel appearing for the applicants submits that as directed by order dated 15th December, 2023 necessary application has been filed before the Trial Court and as such nothing survives for further consideration in the Revision Application. 2.

Revision Application stands disposed of as withdrawn. 3.

Needless to clarify that on 15th December, 2023 the parties had submitted before this Court that till the application is heard finally, the arrangement will continue. As such, the parties are bound by the said submissions.
