This Civil Application is for recall of a self operative order refusing registration of the Second Appeal on account of non-removal of office objections. There is a delay in taking out the application. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay is condoned and the self operative refusal order dated 22 April 2019 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) is recalled and set aside. The Second Appeal is restored to file.
