This is an Application for restoration of Criminal Writ Petition 3266 of 2022, which has been dismissed for want of prosecution in accordance with Order dated 15th December, 2022. 2.

The Applicants/Petitioners were directed to supply spare copies within stipulated period, which direction was not complied with and hence on account of conditional order, the Petition has been dismissed. 3.

For the reasons stated in the Application, Criminal Writ Petition No. 3266 of 2022 is restored to file.

Interim Application No. 4342 of 2023 is allowed and disposed off accordingly.
