By this civil application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 358 days in filing second appeal. No affidavit in reply is filed. I have heard the learned counsel for the parties. A perusal of the civil application indicates that the applicant has explained the delay of 358 days in filing the appeal. Civil application is accordingly made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
