This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeks a direction to Respondent No.2, Deputy Commissioner of Customs Group VI (NS-III) to implement the order dated 27 October 2016 passed by the Commissioner of Customs (Appeals).

The Respondent No.2, Deputy Commissioner of Customs has by order dated 24 October 2019 sanctioned the refund to the Petitioner, consequent to the order dated 27 October 2016 passed by the Commissioner of Customs (Appeals).

Mr.Raichandani, learned Counsel appearing in support of the Petition, states that though the order dated 24 October 2019 has been passed to implement the order of the Commissioner of Customs (Appeals) dated 27 October 2016, the Petitioner has not yet received amounts which are due consequent to the order dated 24 October 2019.

Mr.Jetly, learned Counsel appearing for Respondents states that if the amount has not yet been credited to the account of the Petitioner, the same would be done within a period of two weeks from today. On the basis of statement made by Mr.Jetly on behalf of the Respondents, Mr.Raichandani withdraws this Petition. 5.
Petition disposed of as withdrawn.
