1) Padubai Waman Patil, one of the claimants and daughter of Ramubai Walku Keni, died after the Award was passed in L.A.R. No.494/2000. Whereafter Chahubai and Kalubai (sisters of Padubai) fled First Appeal No. 1891/2008 in the aforestated land reference. Chaahubai and Kalubai impleaded, Yeshwant Waman Patil as legal representative of Padubai. It appears, inadvertently, two daughters of Padubai, namely Dehubai Kamlakar Bhoir and Mandabai Janardhan Bhoir were not impleaded as the legal representatives of Padubai.

2) This application is moved by Dehubai Kamlakar Bhoir and Mandabai Janardhan Bhoir, to implead themselves as appellants no.1/2 and 1/3. The impleadment of Dehubai and Mandabai, would not affect the interest of Chaahubai and Kalubai-appellants no.2 and 3 respectively. Even otherwise, Mr. Punde, represents all the appellants, including Yeshwant. In that view of the

3/3 matter, the application is allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clause (A) which reads as under :

"A] This Honourable High Court be pleased to permit the Applicants to amend the title of the First Appeal thereby bringing their names as Appellant no.1/2 and 1/3 on the records of the First Appeal."

Consequential amendments to be carried out within two weeks.
