It is informed by the counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the request made by the respondent/decree holder, a Fact Finding Committee appointed by Education Extension Officer has given its report on 2nd August, 2021, wherein the figures as regards entitlement of the respondent/decree holder towards backwages are ascertained. It is claimed that said document is received subsequent to the passing of the order impugned. 2.

In the aforesaid background, the petition stands disposed of.

The petitioner is permitted to produce on record the report dated 2nd August, 2021 which is issued by the Education Extension Officer.

This Court expects the Executing Court to look and appreciate the same while dealing with the claim of the respondent/ decree holder for recovery of back-wages.

Once the petitioner produces the said document, wherein the entitlement of the respondent for back-wages is ascertained, the consideration of the same by the Executing Court will always be subject to objection by the decree holder. [NITIN W. SAMBRE, J.] BGP.
