Learned counsel for the Petitioners states that, she had directly approached this Court and had not approached the Sessions Court by way of Criminal Revision application. She seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the Sessions Court by filing a Criminal Revision application challenging the same order of issuance of process against the Petitioners; which is the subject matter of the present petition. 2.

With the aforesaid liberty and observation, the petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of.
