At the outset the learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to amend so as to correct the address of the Respondent Nos.2(a) and 2(b) from Flat No.804 to Flat No.704. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

The above Civil Application has been filed for bringing the heirs of the Respondent No.2 on record. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the heirs of the Respondent No.2 i.e. Respondent Nos.2(a) and 2(b) Shri Jariwala has no objection to the above Civil Application being allowed and the heirs of the Respondent No.2 being brought on record. lgc
