There are large number of matters pending for final hearing wherein the accused have undergone sentence more than eight and nine years. Hence, we direct that the appeal shall be listed on appropriate weekly board in the week commencing from 3rd week of July 2019 considering the fact that by that time, the applicant would have undergone sentence for more than 7 years. Application is disposed of.
