When the Court expressed its disinclination to entertain the prayer for bail, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application.

The learned counsel further submits that having regard to the nature of the accusation and the fact that the applicant has been in custody for more than three years, the trial be expedited. 4.

The submission appears justifiable.
