Heard Mr.Lokesh Zade, learned Counsel for the applicant and Mr.R.V.
Govilkar, learned Counsel for the respondent. By order dated 18.10.2016, the parties were permitted to visit the suit premises on 19.10.2016 so as to enable respondent No.1 to remove his articles.
Respondent No.2 was also directed to remain present so as to facilitate respondent No.1 in removing the articles. Mr. Zade submitted that respondent No.1 has removed his articles at about 12:27 p.m. and respondent No.2 was also present.

As respondent No.1 has removed the articles, no further orders are necessary. Civil Application is disposed of. Order accordingly.
