The learned Counsel for the Management submits that the Management would submit the proposal of the petitioner as part time Librarian on full pay scale within six weeks from today.

2.

If the proposal is submitted, the Authority shall take decision upon it on its own merit in accordance with law preferably within four months thereafter.

3.

The petitioner shall make an application for release of honorarium from the month of February 2016 by the Authority, which shall also be considered. The Authority shall consider the proposal for payment of honorarium to the petitioner expeditiously preferably within six weeks. Gaikwad RD 1/2
