1] Counsel for the Petitioner states that instructions have been received from the Petitioner to withdraw the Petition; the reason is obvious. The Petitioner participated in a Common Entrance Test and with reference to the marks obtained by him he questions the allotment of an institute at the counselling. 2] This took place in the year 2016. The Petition could not be decided. The Petitioner has no option but to take admission in the institute alloted to him.
3] The Petition has been rendered infructuous.
