This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 55 days in preferring the First Appeal challenging the Judgment and Award dated 19th March 2013 passed by the M.A.C.T., Solapur in M.A.C.P. No.86 of 2011. 3.

For the reasons stated in paragraph No.4 of the Civil Application, the sufficient cause being made out for condonation of delay of 55 days, it is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) in the interest of justice, taking a liberal view of the matter.
