P.C.:- This is an Application for correction/rectification in the name of the Applicant and the cause title in Bail Application No. 1613 of 2018 and Order dated 30th July, 2018.

In the cause title of the Order dated 30th July, 2018 in Bail Application No. 1613 of 2018, the name of the Applicant has been mentioned as "Sunil Krishna Jadhav" as the same was reflecting and typed in the cause title of the Application. The learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that the correct name of the Applicant is "Sushil Krushna Jadhav". The said name is also mentioned in the chargesheet. The photo copy of the Aadhar Card of the Applicant is annexed 1/2

The learned APP, on instructions, fairly conceded to the said fact and submitted that the correct name of the Applicant is "Sushil Krushna Jadhav".

The name of the Applicant in Bail Application No. 1613 of 2018 in the Order dated 30th July, 2018 be corrected as "Sushil Krushna Jadhav".

In view thereof, the Application is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
