After hearing the learned Counsel for the appellant/accused for quite some time, he prefers to withdraw the appeal with a prayer that the learned trial Court be directed to dispose of the Sessions Case in time-bound.

In view of the mandate under Section 35 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, we direct the learned Special Judge under POCSO to finish up the trial within a period of one year from today.
