Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State.

This application is preferred seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R. No. 180 of 2023 registered at Dadar police station for the offences punishable under section 370 (3) of Indian penal Code, 1860 and sections 4 and 5 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956.

This Court was persuaded to grant interim protection on 30th August, 2023. The learned counsel for the applicant has cooperated with the investigation and appeared before the investigating officer as directed.

In the aforesaid view of the matter and the reasons which weighed with this Court for granting interim bail, I am persuaded to make the order of interim bail absolute.

The order of interim bail dated 30th August, 2023 is made absolute on the terms and conditions incorporated therein with the modification that the applicant shall now attend Dadar police station on the first Sunday of every month from 10 am to 1 pm for a period of three months or till filing of the charge-sheet whichever is earlier.

6.

The applicant shall regularly attend the proceeding before the jurisdictional Court.
