The learned Counsel for Respondent No.1 submits that in view of the fact that the suit has been stayed by interim order passed in this Petition for last two years, the Respondent No.1 is agreeable for setting aside the impugned order as it is submitted by the learned Counsel for Respondent No.1 that the suit as it stands at present is not correctly valued as alleged by the Applicant. He

P-2. CRA 946.14.doc submits that the Respondent No.1 will make appropriate application for amendment for enhancement of the claim and pay the court fees commensurate to the revised valuation.

In view of the stand taken by the learned Counsel for Respondent No.1 on instructions which is accepted, it is not necessary to keep the Civil Revision Application pending which is disposed of as above with liberty as prayed. Interim relief stands vacated.
