In the above Petition multifarious reliefs have been sought against the erstwhile Managing Committee of the Respondent No.3/Society, of which the Respondent Nos.4 to 6 were office bearers during some period. It is not necessary to consider the reliefs sought by way of the above Petition, as stricto sensu it would not lie within the jurisdiction of this Court to grant such reliefs.

However, the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent Nos.4 to 6, against whom allegations are made, on instructions makes a statement that the charge would be handed over to the officials of the Co-operative Department on 05/12/2017 at 11.00 a.m. Statement accepted.

The said charge of the record of the Society would be taken by the concerned Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies or his representative on the said date, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties, as regards whether the full charge has been handed over or not. 4.
With the aforesaid observations, the Writ Petition to stand disposed of.
