By this Civil Application petitioner seeks leave to amend the memo of petition in view of the subsequent developments. We have perused the averments made in this Civil Application. Considering the nature of grievance made in the Writ Petition, in the interest of justice we permit the petitioners to amend the petition, so as to enable the petitioners to place the documents as annexed to the Civil Application on record.

Accordingly Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks. Amended copy be served to the Respondents within two weeks.
