The Advocate appearing for the Appellant Nos.1 and 2 has tendered an Affidavit dated 04.08.2017 inter-alia stating that the purchasers shall re-convey the suit property in favour of the Appellant Nos.1-A to 1-F and the Sale Deed dated 12.05.2014 will not be acted upon and the same is treated as cancelled/revoked. All the statements made in the Affidavit are accepted. 2.

Needless to add that the names of the purported purchasers from 7/12 extract shall also be deleted and the names of the Appellant Nos.1-A to 1-F are restored.

The above Civil Application No.193 of 2015 is accordingly disposed off. 4.

The entire process of re-conveyance and removal of the names from 7/12 extract shall be completed within a period of 12 weeks from today. 5.
