Heard the learned Counsel for the parties. The Petitioners are the original complainants.

We are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition as the prayers are made to expedite the enquiry under Section 88 of The Maharashtra Co-Operative Societies Act I960, which according to the learned Counsel for the Respondents and the learned AGP is already pending and is in progress. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition to expedite the enquiry as the concerned Authority is

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
