13-FA-11-2022.doc shows that on 7th December 2021 not only the proposed respondent nos.3 to 7 were present but they along with respondent no.2 admitted the contents of the Consent Terms (Exh. X) and the execution thereof. Therefore, the said Consent Terms were taken on record and marked "X". The Minutes of the Order were also tendered which were also taken on record and marked "X1".

In view of above, the appeal stands disposed off in terms of the Consent Terms arrived at between the parties. The suit is decreed in terms of the Consent Terms. Decree be drawn in terms of Consent Terms.
