This petition is filed for quashing the proceedings of the Regular Criminal Case No.510 of 2014 pending on the file of the learned JMFC, Cantonment Court at Pune for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. With the help of the learned counsel for the petitioner, we have gone through the complaint and the other material on record. Perusal of the same discloses that there are allegations against the present Shivgan 1/2

24-wp-3762-14 petitioner also. Veracity of the allegations can not be gone into at this stage.

In the light of above, we are not inclined to interfere in the present petition in the exercise of our jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
