This is an application for intervention by the alleged original complainant in CR No. I-91/2016 registered with Mahatma Phule Chowk Police Station, Kalyan, Thane. The record reveals that the first information report is lodged by the Joint Sub-Registrar, Class-II, Kalyan-2 from the office of the Registrar of Assurances. The learned counsel for the applicant in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1589/2016 submitted that the present applicant is the co-accused in the present crime. The present crime is registered by the aforestated first informant. The applicant has no locus-standi. The application being misconceived is accordingly dismissed in limine.
