We dismiss the petitions for non-prosecution. We, however, make it clear that applications for restoration will be entertained, provided the petitioners satisfy this Court that prayers made in these petitions survive. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Mumbai Municipal Corporation states that recent decision taken by the Government of Maharashtra takes care of the relevant prayers in these petitions.
