By the present petition the petitioner is seeking modification of the Order dated 22.2.2017 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Nashik thereby rejecting the Criminal Revision Application No.362/216 of the applicant to waive the condition to take permission from the Trial Court on every occasion, when he intends to visit abroad.

The record indicates that the applicant is an accused in eleven crimes. In view thereof, the learned Trial Court has imposed the said condition to take permission of the said Court before visiting abroad. 3.

In view of the aforesaid fact, I find no error in the impugned order.

The petition is accordingly rejected.
