Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

The applicant by this application is seeking modification of condition Nos.4 and 6 of the order dated 20.07.2019 of the trial Court which are conditions enlarging the applicant on bail. The order was passed as far back on 20.07.2019. The applicant has been abiding by the conditions. No default is reported. The applicant is not a flight risk as he has got roots in the society. 3.

In this view of the matter the application deserves to be allowed for the reasons mentioned therein though the same is opposed by learned APP. Clause 4 and 6 of the 1/2

PMB 17.appln.182-23.doc operative portion of the order dated 20.07.2019 is waived. The applicant however shall attend the trial regularly and report to the Investigating Officer as and when called. The applicant shall intimate the Investigating Officer when he leaves the jurisdiction of the State of Maharashtra. 4.

The application is disposed of.
