2] Respondent and his advocate absent today and even on the last 2 to 3 dates.

3] This application is filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure for transfer of Marriage Petition No.85 of 2017, filed by respondent in the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Kalyan, to the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Dhule. 4] The applicant is wife of respondent. She is having one son of five years old and she is residing at Dhule. She has also filed Civil Suit No.176 of 2017 in the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Dhule under Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act, 1956. It is her grievance that she is finding it very difficulty to travel on every date 1/2

12 mca 327 of 2017.odt to Kalyan and she is having responsibility of minor child. The distance between Dhule and Kalyan is about 325 Kms. 5] In view thereof, considering the difficulties faced by the applicant, this application is allowed.

6] The Marriage Petition No.85 of 2017, pending on the file of Civil Judge Senior Division, Kalyan is transferred to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division,Dhule.

7] The parties to appear before Civil Judge Senior Division, Dhule on the date fixed by the said Court.
