The applicant came to be released on bail by an order dated 11th August, 2022 by imposing certain conditions. On 18th August, 2022 the request was made for releasing the complainant on cash bail and granted a period of four weeks to enable the applicant to furnish surety and the necessary documents. The request was accepted and the applicant was directed to release on cash bail of Rs.1 lakh for a period of four weeks. 2.

On expiry of the aforesaid period it is stated that applicant has approached the Tahasildar for necessary documents for acquiring solvent surety and he has sought "No Objection Certificate" from the Co-operative Society which is taking some time.

In the wake of the aforesaid statement, extension of eight weeks is sought for furnishing the surety.

I have heard learned counsel for the applicant and on perusal of the application, a ground is made out for justifiable while allowing the application. The time to furnish the surety is extended by a period of six weeks.
