Learned APP submitted that the statement of the victim girl has been recorded, wherein she has stated that she has not instructed anybody to file a petition. She has tendered a letter dated 16th December, 2016 addressed by the Superintendent, S.M.M. Home, Liluah, Howrah, to the Senior Inspector of Police, D.B.Marg Police Station, Mumbai. The same is taken on record.

In view of the said statement made by the learned APP, learned counsel for the applicant does not press this revision application.
