The Learned APP, Mr. Yagnik, on instructions from Vijay Hindurao Dholap, Assistant Police Inspector, Kalachowkie Police Station, Mumbai states that the
Rane * 2/2 * WP-3376-2013 (SR.16) Tuesday, 22.8.2017 chargesheet has been filed on 29th October, 2014. However, it is the grievance of the petitioner that, the other Directors, save and except, the accused have not been arrayed as accused. In our view, it is not possible in the above petition, to issue the directions as sought by the petitioners. The petitioners have statutory remedies under the Criminal Procedure Code, which they can invoke, if so advised at the appropriate stage.
